decent starting pc/gaming pc

I am looking for a decent gaming pc/youtube machine. Thing needs to handle space engineers,7 days to die, and a few other games on at least medium to high settings.

-budget(900-1000$)

-location (usa)

-other times (keyboard, monitor, os, dvd reader, and a gaming headset w/mic)

i would prefer an i5 processor thats decent with at least a r390 or gtx 970, plus it can be either air cooled or water cooled. for the ram at least 16GB 8GB is fine but i prefer 16 for at least space engineers since its not really optimize.

Ty for your time and thanks in advanced.
P.s ( computer desk needs to be in budget as well) edit- ( almost for got wireless card as well :P )
