AMD FX 9590 Overclocked|Water-Cooled or Air-Cooled?

In any case that I do choose a AMD FX 9590 and I OverClock it, should I use a Watercooling Set Or A AirCooling Set ?

I'll warn you right now the 9590 can't be overclocked much. It's basically a 8320/8350 with a factory OC.

If I were you I'd grab a 8320e, slap a solid $50 air cooler on it, and go with that.

I believe the stock cooler, when amd supplied one with it, was a water loop.

But tbh an intel cpu will prolly outperform it in most situations.

Get a Thermaltake Water 3.0, best non-custom loop cooler on the market. It just might be able to handle the chip. That thing is crazy.
