Hi, would this be a strong and powerful pc that could run the latest games in 60+ fps?

Processor: Intel Core I7-6700K 4.0GHz (Quad Core)

CPU cooling: Asetek Liquid Cooling

Motherboard: Z170 Chipset Motherboard

Memory: 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2133Mhz

Primary Hard Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD

Secondary hard drive: 1TB 7200 RPM

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 4GB

Power Supply: 600 Watt Power Supply

These are options that you can choose for a computer on the Ironside website. I'm planning on buying a computer which has these parts in it and wondering if this computer would be able to run the latest games such as Fallout 4, GTA 5 and the next World of warcraft at a constant 60+ fps on the highest graphic settings?

A 970 most likely will not run all of those games at the highest settings at 60fps. I suggest looking up some benchmarks.

  1. You do NOT need an i7 if the PC is just going to be use for gaming, an i5-6600(K) will handle the games flawlessly while still being a lot cheaper than the i7. The only reason you would need an i7 is more content creation.

  2. You also do NOT need 32GB of RAM. 8GB is more than enough. More RAM does not mean better FPS.

So to answer you question. Can I run the current games on the highest setting? Yes, but I recommend components that are more meant for your needs and not your wants.
