I have no idea how to build a PC, and that is why im coming to this community for help. Got told by a friend people here are very helpful, so I thought I would give it a try. I basically need a PC that can run two monitors, (witch do not needed to be included in the price I have those) can run high end games, and can stream and render video. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I really need help here and thanks for your time. (: PS. if needed you can stretch a little over 800

This will give you great gaming performance as well as very solid video editing/streaming performance. The Xeon is basically an i7. 4 strong cores and 8 threads. Makes rendering and multitasking a breeze. The r9 380 is a great GPU that will play most games at high-ultra at 1080p.

No mail in rebates.

If you don't need Windows included in the build, I would recommend going up to the r9 390 for the best of the best when gaming at 1080p. I would recommend Sapphire's Nitro model.
