Hi, I am looking to build a movie machine for my parents. They don't know much about computers. So I want to build one for them. Just for videos stream or playing them from desktop.

Location : SC, USA Use: VIDEOS,HOME USE Budget: CHEAP?

They are using a laptop right now for videos and etc. (I think it is just being a hog and not doing what I wanted it to do).

Quiet machine is a + Need wireless keyboard and mouse Need Operating system. Need BIG Hard drive :) Need cheap monitor (Just so I can have it for back up after I install everything) i want to use there new TV with HDMI.
