I need a $1300 Canadian Dollar Gaming PC build. MUST HAVE MONITOR I will mostly be playing Csgo and Minecraft. Also I would like the build to be red and black and maybe some overclock ability

I would get a locked CPU because there is no point in overclocking when playing minecraft/cs:go, instead get a 390.
