Wiring up PSU to GPU

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right, but just want to double check. This is my first build and want to make sure everything is correctly wired. I have a EVGA 750 p2 and it comes with 2x PCI-E 8 and 2x PCI-E 6+8. My GPU R9 fury has a total of 12 pins. Im going to use 2x 8 pin( 6+2). It would require me to use 2x VGA slots on the PSU end.

  1. Is this the correct way in doing this?

  2. Does it matter which VGA plug is plug into which GPU port?

Don't try to force it. If it isn't going in, stop and make sure you have it positioned correctly.
