1080p Gaming and livestream rig sub 2k

I've been investing more and more time into livestreaming League of Legends, but my current pc is struggling with the cpu usage. Im no real expert when it comes to picking parts.

My only real constraints are:

Play LoL on ultra Be 1080p stream capable

Peripherals not required, but OS will be. Id prefer to spend 2k, but if going above by ~500 will significantly increase performance and quality im not going to say no

I can put together a list for you but I don't think that you need to spend 2K on a LoL build. Will you be playing other games?

Not really, looking to start streaming full time. Probably whatever flavour of the mo th game is out as well, but im not too concerned having it at max settings. League would be the focus for the build

I know it's personal but i think that case is horrible, especially for a 2k build. Also, there is no need for a 850w psu, 750w g2 would be fine or even 650w g2

Also, he could probably play LoL at 4k and stream still with max settings 60fps with this build.

this motherboard over clocks itself in a few clicks, gfx card over clocking is the easiest

good warranty + reliability on every part

near silent while on, even without watercooling; advantage of air cooling is that the pump cant fail and 0 chance of leaks
