Rocketfish 550w With i5 4460s

So i recently bought a computer and decided i want to put a better graphics card in it ( i picked up a gtx 660 for 65$ Canadian) but the power supply is only 350w so i have to upgrade the Psu and i found A Rocketfish 550w psu for 30$ and on the box it says"Works with most ATX 12V V2.2 and V2.3 motherboards: Along with Intel® and AMD processors for wide-ranging compatibility. Supports Windows Vista operating system and high-end graphics cards."

how do i know if it'll work with the 4460s and windows 7?

No you do not want to buy that, it is junk. Buy a quality unit, like the XFX Pro 550 Core Edition. Nobody should be running a high-end graphics card on a junk PSU. That PSU is most likely actually a 350W unit.
