Which did you choose?
Personally I choose debian :P (couldn't resist)
I would suggest getting oem if you don't plan on upgrading for a few years or if it is going somewhere where it will simply be replaced
Retail for if you are on a quick upgrade cycle and plan on doing several upgrades over the next couple years this isn't someone asking for help, I feel stupid.
Well played. Both answers are good, and good reasoning too.
Thank you, I pride myself in my ability to make logics
OEM, but if i have some more money, then retail version
Definitely go for full retail. If Microsoft stick by their words Windows 10 is the last major news ion of Windows, this means there shouldn't be much of a worry about you having to buy Windows again to upgrade to the next version.
Also with an OEM licence you can't change your motherboard without another Windows licence as an OEM licence Is tried to the motherboard you first install it on.
Full retail. I have a feeling Windows 10 is going to be around a long while.
I'm using retail of 7 Ultimate. I'll have to buy a copy of 10 later for a different computer I have that still has XP on it. Why XP? 'Cuz it worked and was free at the time (circa '05 IIRC).
300$ er no 119$ from amazon.com
