nice build, but as for the prodigy m i wish they would have done something different with the side panel i/o. like put it on the other side or something just seems like it would be to hard to hook up and put on. just my thoughts.

Yeah I do think I should go with an NZXT phantom instead for easier installation

The case is nice if you want to have a small little powerful box, but if the size doesn't matter to you, I would get another case for more airflow, expansion bays, larger motherboard, etc.
