Trustable psu/what to avoid

Hi I am building a potential of which will be my first so am not sure what psu's are good and bad. I've also heard that some can ruin your pc and take all the other parts down with it...

The one I was considering was the Silverstone 450w 80+ bronze purely based on price/okay reviews.

Is it good or should I spend more on a better one?

UPDATE: this is the remodelled build

Op disregard this other guy. He has no clue. 450w is cutting it close but if it is a way lory unit it will work. I'd you want a small psu (physical size) Silverstone has a small 500w I'd look at instead.

+1.. When i saw his changed build it had the G2 550 which was still fine. Guess he went ahead and got the 650 watt version. But yes he defintely has no clue.
