Compact (sff) Micro ATX

Hi,

I'm looking for a new compact case to move my components: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LtrL6h

My current case is the Xigmatek Spirit M: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xigmatek-case-en6213

I'm looking for something compact where I can still fit my Micro ATX MoBo, but I'm willing to replace some components (I.e.: the CPU cooler).

I move my PC very often (I have kids), so the less liters, the better. Unfortunately I see the coolest SFF cases are Mini ITX.

Updated Criteria: - Minor footprint as possible (the less liters, the better). - If possible, no 5.25 or 3.5 bays (no need for optical drive or mechanical hard drives). - Not planning on Water Cooling. - A handle is a plus.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Well at least you got a micro ATX board which helps cuts down the size a bit.

The Silverstone PS08B could be a good choice here since we dont have a mini ITX board but you would need to change the cooler to something like a Cryorig C7.

I think that case is still too big. It is considered Mid Tower and my current case is considered Mini Tower: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xigmatek-case-en6213

Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

The Fractal Define Mini layout/dimensions are too similar to my current case: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xigmatek-case-en6213

I was considering the SG12B, but I do not like the 5.25 bay at the front, but it has a handle, which is a plus. Is there anything like this but with no 5.25 bays? I just care for 2.5 bays.

I think I found it. The Silverstone Sugo SG10 looks like what I'm looking for, although the exterior is meh. Aren't there any new cases coming out soon? I may wait some weeks before taking my final decision.

Never mind. I just ordered the SG10 on sale. The picture on PCPP doesn't look good, but I have seen several videos/pictures on other sites and I like it.

Waiting for the case now :)

Kinda irrelevant but have you seen the DAN a4 sfx?

Yes, I heard about it somewhere on my research. Really nice case, but not out yet and also Mini ITX. I just ordered a Silverstone Sugo SG10. Most likely I will go Mini ITX on my next build :)

There's this community-made project called Ceberus (originally Project Nova). It's a MATX case that comes in at a paltry 19 liters, and has options for a handle if you need one.

You mean this one? https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kimeraindustries/cerberus-by-kimera-industries-the-18l-matx-us-made?lang=en

It was unsuccessfully founded. It looked good but was too expensive...
