I only recall seeing a similar psu from Zion with the model number "14N" on it, but it was a turd. no reason to expect this is better. buy a new one.

Probably junk internal components and therefore awful performance. That's how most cheapo units end up. I'd replace for sure.

the only info I can find on the exact model number you posted is that it has dual 12v rails rated at 20/22A, so this likely isn't even a psu capable of more than 450-480 watts on the +12v.
