Best 140mm fans for high Fpi rads?

PhantomStorm

Best fans for reasonably thick, high fpi rads, that are decently quite (10-25 decibels, but a noise that sounds reasonably pleasant. More basey, or windy is nice. No high pitched, annoying motors. Decent cfm as well, in case I decide to use it for airflow tasks. I would also like something black, white, or gray, so not a noctua, and something that would look nice. I would like something that is around a 0-27 U.S dollar price range. I am okay with being able to hear airflow, but I don't want to hear a motor whining, which is why I am not too concerned with noise. I do like a little audible response in my PC. I am a car guy so naturally I think in away like: "It makes a 'correct' noise, so it works" kind of way. I don't want it to be too loud for me to hear my stereo though. (7.1 channel with subwoofer.)

Is it Pwm?

Yup.

"The PH-F140MP, 140mm high static pressure premium fans from Phanteks is designed with the Maelström concept technology. The fans have PWM built-in, creating less cables which allows users to make speed adjustments from 500-1600RPM."

I Third That phanteks recommendation and also have heard good things about EK's Vardar Line for thicker rads.

Rosewill Hyperborea and Fractal Design Venturi.

Fractal Design Venturi.

That has horrible, horrible SP. Its the last thing you want want to use on a rad.

I'm talking about the HP series, not the HF.

Ahh. I thought you meant the HF.

God no.

How nice are the HF ones though? I was thinking about buying one for my brother's case.

They are good for airflow fans . Mine moves a good amount of air at full speed, its dead silent at full speed. It just lacks hardly any SP so its going to be best suited for exhaust or intake if you have no dust filters or anything.
