Looking for a case

Rob_P

This is my build - got everything but the PSU and RAM (but I don't expect that a change to either will affect the case I require).

Not bothered about aesthetics.

My criteria is:

  • Must have space for optical drive
  • Ideally have filters over fan(s) - if not have ability to add aftermarket filters easily
  • Must be cheap as possible

Thanks

Right now, the define s from fractal design and the military green c70 are great choices, the c70 is only $58

I really like the look of the c70 (given that i'm not after looks, it's awesome!).

However, the reviews sound like it's a dust magnet and it's over double current US cost in UK at the mo.

I'll have to take a good look at the Define S as it's in a very similar price bracket to the one suggested by Pegotico.

The define S is an excellent case. I haven't noted dust buildup in my C70, but I do have a noctua exhaust fan, so your mileage will vary on that count, It is an excellent case though, and has tons of room for cable management.
