The Define supports custom loops better, more room for fans/rads, its quieter, and it supports bigger HSF's. The only thing the S340 has going for it is has a Window compared to the non Window Define S and a psu basement.

I see. Should i spend more and get a H440 instead? I like the black/red one.

define S supports custom loops better than the H440.

The H440 can support the same amount of rads as the Define S but with the Define S you won't be removing usable drive bays if you use a 360MM in the front. The Define S supports water cooling better overall. The H440 also has sound dampening foam and it has a psu basement. If you are looking to do a custom loop now or down the road I would for sure go with the Define S.
