Do most cases have USB 3.0 ports on the back?

I want to get an AMD apu for the intergrated graphics to keep my costs down right now, but they all run the FM2+ socket which I can't find any motherboards with a USB 3.0 header. I still want to use USB 3.0. If it can't be on the front ports should I still be able to connect them to the back?

The ports on the back are provided by the motherboard, not the case. Check if the motherboard has back USB 3.0 ports, and if it does you're good.

Most newer motherboards have USB 3.0 on the back, while many have headers, which connect to your case
