I have windows 10 64 bit pro edition on my old computer. Was wondering if I can transfer to my new computer using a USB.

Yes and then I upgraded to windows 10 using free upgrade.

If it's a retail copy then it came in a box. Probably looked like this. This can be installed on your new machine and upgraded to 10 with the key that came with it.

If you bought an OEM copy, it probably came in a sleeve or jewel case. The disc typically says something like "intended for sale with a new PC". This cannot be reinstalled.

Look at your ProductID. If it contains OEM, that is the version.
