I've heard horror stories about ASUS's RMA process, was wondering if anyone else can give me their input on the other major manufacturers and their overall quality and customer service?
Not Asus. MSI seems a bit better.

None are that good, but I hear that MSI isn't too bad and if their GPUs and PSUs are anything to go by EVGA's mobo customer support is probably good too.
Well, I can only speak for Asrock as they're all I've dealt with so far. Every time I've contacted asrock support it has only been a positive experience fast replies and they seem to help even if your problem isn't directly linked to one of their products.
I've liked ASRock's and EVGA's customer support quite a bit. On the server/workstation side, Supermicro's support has been good as well.
I second Yutang's comment. Twice I've E-mailed their support folks and got a prompt,(day or so), no fudging answer. I've not dealt with the others.
