Issue with GPU, Might be the psu.

gpu= Asus gtx 660 Direct cu 2 oc Psu= antec vp450 80 bronze

I started up my new pc. Everything runs fine except the screen is blank. I take the gpu out and start it up, then its fine. I have looked around and I saw some posts about it could be the power supply. I know I have the minimum watts and that its a decent psu. I was looking on the gpu and it says it needs 12v @ 24A. The psu says its 12v1 @ 18A and 12v2 @ 18A. Does that mean it only uses one of the 12v and if so, I am not getting enough amps? or is my gpu actually bad? Thanks.

Does the videocard require 2 x PCI-E power plugs? and if so do you have both of them plugged in?

Do you have another computer you can test the videocard in?

Negative. All the led's are on and green on the gpu.
