Is this power supply enough for my needs?

I am going to be overclocking my CPU and my GPU for this build. I am going to overclock as much as a can out of them obviously before they start crapping out.

My total power consumption is 502w

The power supply I am deciding to use is: Corsair RMx 750w 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Here is the link to it: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/9q38TW/corsair-power-supply-cp9020092na

Thanks,

Arjo

What is your build? You liken don;t need anything close to 750w.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Lb7NGf that's the link to my build. Sorry I forgot to put it in. I was not to certain about going for 750 but it is good to have it slightly higher as you don't want to be taking up all of your psu and I am overclocking so isn't it good to have the headroom?

Thanks for the response!

A quality 650w unit would be plenty here. A 750w unit is perfectly fine, but 650w is plenty as well.

Do you think 750w is too much so it would cause blue screens and instability?

There is no such thing as too much. The PC will only pull what it needs. You could run a 2000w PSU with an i3 and no GPU and it would be perfectly safe.

Thanks for the fact!

Also have I made a good choice on the power supply?

Yes, that is a top quality unit.
