your build will be fine with either. if you dont plan to add a second gpu later, grab the GS, otherwise grab the GQ... or you can move up one more to the G2 for $80 http://pcpartpicker.com/product/qYTrxr/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1

the 550 GS isn't of higher quality than the 650 GQ, they are virtually even. the only deciding factor is compact full modular (550 GS) vs higher output (650 GQ). the performance of both psus is the same roughly, the warranty from EVGA is the same on both as well, they both use a 120 mm FDB fan and have an open fan grill. they both have an eco fan mode, they are both made from very experienced OEMs. the 100R is a small case, you might want the 550 GS due to the smaller footprint.
