I'm considering buying new graphic card. More accurately new RX 480 and I'm wondering if my PSU can take it. This is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/user/azgeon/saved/BkkCmG and i have this PSU http://www.partis.cz/index.php?gid=1558 The only problem is that my PSU doesnt have 6 pin connector. I wonder if is it safe to use a molex to 6 pin PCIe adapter.

i would get another PSU. your current build uses 200W add to that the 150W (max) from the GPU i think 400W PSU (which is not a good one) will not be enough. I suggest getting a 500W PSU.

While the FSP Group PSU you have isn't bad, I would recommend a beefier PSU.

Something like a 520W PSU from Seasonic should work pretty good.

Other good similarly priced PSU are the following

All of these should be fine and the B2 PSU is currently on special hence why it is on this list.
