Compatible cooler with micro atx

My case is a micro ATX and I am not sure about these large cooling fans. My build is here but it doesn't include a cooler yet. I had someone tell me to use a Cooler master 212 EVO but it's probably too tall for my case. So I am asking opinions here.

How about this one? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FNXfrH/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rrht228pkr1 It is nearly an inch shorter than the Coolermaster at 5.51" My case is only 7.28" wide. That leaves 2.2" for motherboard height and a bit of airflow. Or this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/t4fp99/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr910htx3g1 It's even a tad shorter.

Thanks

Ditch the cooler and the thermal paste and just stay stock.. It's non-overclocked Skylake.. It will be fine. Pocket the cash or use it for an upgrade somewhere else on the build.

Thanks. Is it really safe to use no cooler? What temp should the Cpu run at? I'll have to keep an eye on it.
