picoPSU and conventional case

I have a normal itx case I purchased off of craigslist and a picoPSU. There is no opening in the case for the connector to screw into the case. The case is the Silverstone RVZ01B. I don't think I could drill a hole in the case since the connector is such an add shape. Do I have to get a different case now?

DIdn't want another fan in the case or the bulky wiring.
The case was just something I found on craigslist.... I might resell it since it's not really working for what I need it for.
