G.Skill Ripjaws or TridentZ

Performance? Looks?

Price :-) though just looking at your build it don't look like price is an issue..

In regard to performance, you want the lowest price, highest speed, lowest CL (or CAS), and 1.2v for DDR4-2400 and below or 1.35v max for >2400 MHz.

In other words, this: http://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#Z=16384002,32768002,32768004&sort=a7&page=1&V=1200,1350

These are good choices, but I ignored their aesthetics:

Don't buy the Black HDD, its of terrible value. Those case fans aren't good for the amount you pay for them. That cooler is 2 gens behind. I would get some faster ram too. What is this for and what is your max budget.

Performance? Looks?

That would all depend on which specific kits you are comparing.

Thanks for the feedback, I did some research on the HDD and decided to go with the blue since the blue would do exactly what I need for 50$ (you just save me around 30$!) The case fans are good imo, but If you can recommend some that cool better and also look nice, I will look into it. The CPU cooler is the best one I could find without requiring a Mobo usb link (I'm all out of usb headers in my mobo) and I dont want to buy one of those usb extensions. This is for 4k gaming(or whatever the 1080 can handle) with games like ARK, ArmaIII, CSGO, BF1 etc., Coding, Server hosting for friends, and everyday Productivity.

The two pack moves less than 39CFM at max speed, that is pretty weak, and its not silent which could be forgiven if they had better performance. The AF140 is a mediocre fan performance wise and plus its not silent. Also the H440 doesn't have great airflow with the stock fans so it won't hurt to replace them and if you want to replace the fans either do all or nothing since it will loo

For intake if you don't want to spend a lot I would do this, I went with SP fans since it does have a hard cage right behind the fans http://pcpartpicker.com/product/GqkwrH/fractal-design-case-fan-fdfanventhp12pwm

For the rear exhaust I would use this. ITs great and is dead silent even at full RPM unless you put your ear right next to it.

You don't need to use Corsair LInk, its 100% optionally.

I got a different PSU, no one is really ahead any real amount quality or performance wise but the RMx is slightly quieter and will be quieter in the long run and efficiency really means nothing when it comes to PSU's so don't worry about that. I also got some faster ram which can make a difference during gaming and its a 4GBX4 kit so all of the RAM slots will be filled.
