I'm looking to build a m-ITX build in the CM Elite 130 with a i5-6500 and rx 480 and I'm wondering what the best semi/fully modular PSU for $110 would be.

That was my problem with it and the 550W one was way too expensive, I ended up going with the HCG-520M.

I would go with the HCG 520M. So same one that you have got but the lower wattage.

It has been EOL'd and is unavailable from CPL, so not really an option

Look out for sales on amazon then. I live in aus as well and had this delivered from the US. With the current exchange rate though that might not be such a good idea.

The thing was that I was trying to avoid overseas shipping for the currency exchange issue and I didn't want to wait that long either

Yeah well in that case the Antec HCG 520M would be your best option for this build.

That's what I ended up doing in the end
