Is it possible to blow a motherboard when doing a clean install of windows 10? A friend of mind took his pc to repair shop, and after they installed 10 parts of the board burned out?

Something else happened that damaged the board, maybe a power surge...

Anything is possible, depending on the situation.
If you're asking if that is a typical result of a operating system installation, No.

Are you trolling??

Reinstalling the operating system will NEVER burn out your motherboard. There must have been something else that happened.

No, something else probably happened which just happened to be at the same time the OS got reinstalled.

Something else happened. What motherboard and what processor? Is there any visible damage?
