White CPU Cooler Decision

Currently, I plan on building in the Fractal Design Nano S for my overclocked mini ITX build (i5 6600K). I am debating between these two coolers and cannot decide which one I should choose. I do live in a warm climate in Arizona so the ambient temperatures will warmer than usual. If I go with the air cooling selection below I will get a case fan with it so the price should even out. If I use the water cooling selection I will have it as my intake along with another 140mm fan. Please help me decide!!!

If you want a liquid cooler get a 240mm or 280mm. If not just go with the phanteks.
