Is 0.07 a sufficient static pressure for a 240mm radiator cooling an i3-6100?

I am using Coldwing case fans on an H100i v2 radiator, which have around 0.09 static pressure. Is this sufficient for a 240mm radiator cooling an i3-6100?

0.07 measure in what? mm/cm or inches since there is quite a difference.

Inches. That is what the Reeven site uses and I didn't bother to convert it. I just realized it is actually 0.09 not 0.07.

It's in inches which comes to be 2.29 mm H2O, Not geat but it's decent.

OK. What about when cooling an overclocked i7-6700K?
