Hey guys i been looking around to do my first build i pick some stuff up yesterday at Micro center they had some stuff on sale. I was planing on getting a gtx 1060 but for now I have a friend giving me 2 gtx 970 or 980 i forgot thats y i went with this mobo. Im going to go with the Phanteks ECLIPSE P400s

Id like to know can i still set everything up with out the video card to make sure everything works or should i wait. Also when it come to overclocking how would i go about that and what would be a recommend clockspeed
