First change the cooler. C7 would only make sense when not overclocking and when cpu clearance is an issue.

AVOID the nex G1 which is not a good choice.

61 bucks for a wifi adapter is insane.

Get the EVGA FTW which imo is a better card with a muuuuch better customer service /warranty from evga.

Last go with 1X8gb, later on upgrading you just have to buy an identical dimm and wont fill all 4 memory slots with 16gb of ram. You wont notice any difference in performance.

You can also get a SSD for OS.

If your budget allows, definitely get the larger SSD. I went with the 120gb because I wanted to stay close to your budget. Crucial MX300 275gb is a good deal
