Hackintosh Part Advice

First, is there any part of this that won't work as a hackintosh? http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/tsqCd6

I intend to use this for web, iOS and Android dev, with some video editing as well. I've never built my own machine before, and the parts that I understand the least are video card and power supply. Can I get away with that processor or should I go for an i7? Also, do I need the CPU cooler? I stole it from another spec list, but how necessary is it?

Here's a second similar one. Can anyone comment on it? http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/PZLMVY

Such an expensive cpu cooler doesnt make sense on the first build as you cant overclock. Generally, you will only need a cpu cooler if you plan to overclock the cpu. The motherboard on the second build doesnt make sense. You can only overclock on a Z series board. A better quality 500W psu would be enough for both builds. The unit in the first build has mediocre build quality and should only be used in a budget build.

For editing, you may want to consider an i7.

Here is a build to consider. I also replaced the 750ti as it is a 3 year old card.
