What is this build for?

You dont need such a high wattage psu. A 550W unit is already enough even with everything overclocked. I would suggest a better wireless network adapter as well so that it doesnt hold you computer back. You may also want to invest in a better cpu cooler as well. The cryorig h7 or h5 ultimate would be a better choice as they perform better.

Finally, a fan gpu is generally better than a blower style gpu in a large case as the fan can remove heat better than the blower.
