Need Help - First time building a Computer -

Hi,

I need help with my First computer build. I don't want to spend too much - min under $1500. I have an idea on what parts to buy (look at link below) but need a hand on the PSU

I would also like some feedback if this build is a good first builder / open to new suggestions - I have also had some mixed reviews on Radeon and AMD but would like someone to comment on this build.

I also should forgot to mention that i want to run some VMs when i am not gaming - i have notice that some people said that i should get a i5 but i might need the i7 ?

I was under 1500$, but then I noticed the PSU was missing.

Did some tweaks, and well, still above 1500$, sorry

Don't know anything about VMs, but if you REALLY want that i7 (doesn't need to be unless you need that 4.0 GHz base clock), you could dial back other parts to make it up, the keyboard in particular. AMD only really started getting crapped on with the release of Maxwell, when Nvidia blew past them in performance per watt (and absolute performance). Nothing wrong with AMD cards, and their GCN architecture has held up pretty well so far. So here's my stab:

EDIT: Specified DDR4 in the parametric selections
