Advice On Gaming/Streaming PC

So I'm going to be purchasing a computer within the next two weeks, and this is my final build. Should I upgrade to the i7-6700K? I'm going to be streaming and playing League of Legends on a regular basis. I might also stream other games in the future. I think I'm going to be using OBS.

For streaming and editing I'd definitely take an i7. If money is a big concern tho then a 6600 would serve you well also.

I have no problem recording Overwatch at 720p60fps on a high bitrate after I overclocked my 6600k to 4.5 Ghz. If you're streaming any more intensive games or editing videos frequently then the upgrade to the 6700k would be worth it.

What if I would like to stream at 1080p/60fps? Is that even a thing?

I'll do a test for you

Encoder: x264
Max Bitrate: 15000kbps
1920x1080

Tomb Raider Benchmark: Ultimate settings

My specs: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/z6QCyf (6600k @ 4.5GHz)

Status Min Max Avg
Not recording 70 116 92.7
Recording 66 114 87.4

0% dropped frames and video looks perfectly smooth

When you stream you would be streaming at a lower bitrate anyway, or at least until you got partnered with twitch. And at that point you could upgrade to a more powerful processor if you feel like you need it.
