Need someone to look at my build before ordering parts (~$1200)

Hi, I just wanted some opinions on a gaming build. This is the first time I am building. I did a lot of research in this is what I selected with a budget around $1200.

Note that I live in Bulgaria and some of the best parts are not available here. This build in Bulgarian money costs around $1400, prices are a bit higher than in the US.

I will be using it mostly for gaming (CS:GO, Battlefield 1, Rust and the usual AAA titles)and casual video editing. I plan on buying 144hz monitor by the end of the year and I will be using two monitors.

The only thing I am not really sure about is the RAM. What do you think? Should I get NZXT Kraken x41 later? I plan on OC to 4.7GHz.

Yeah, I know these two, but I can't find them in my country :( I was also looking at Noctua coolers and the be quiet! dark rock pro 3, but they are a bit pricey here. That's why I think about getting a NZXT Kraken x41 later.

I managed to find the Thermaltake cooler for $75. What do you think about the NZXT x41?
