Go for the worse mobo as you do not need the Z170 as your not using a "K" processor

Go with the 2nd one. Also you dont need a cpu cooler for a 6700. They provide a stock cooler. Its mostly the main reason why people get a non k cpu.

I know they do, im getting a h5 ultimate myself but the thing is if you spend an extra 100$ then you could get a non-k cpu, a z170 board, an ssd and 16 gigs of ram.

The k cpus are better for long term use and also have a good resale value.

I would say this is a good black and white build, I just noticed you were gonna go with a 60 gb ssd from an unknown company. I would suggest getting products from know companies. The ssd i put is a recently released ssd and it has 275gb of storage.
