i have a certain budget and i made a few lists, i can either go with rx 470 + i5 6400 or gtx 1060 + i3 6100

i can maybe go for an rx 480 instead of rx 470 but i would rather not

Personally, I would go the the RX 470/480 route. Depending on the games you play, if this is for gaming, it might be better to ave 4 physical cores. You can upgrade later on anyways.

For gaming, the stronger GPU will definitely affect performance much more than CPU. Fallout 4 may be the only exception in this list, but even that will still see higher avg FPS with a better GPU than CPU.

thx, about the first part: i think gta v would be more effected by the cpu then fallout 4

Doubtful: http://www.legitreviews.com/intel-pentium-g4400-processor-review-skylake_179724/9

A dual-core G4400, which is a good bit slower than the i3, is within 10% of a 6600K. I don't see how that's worth +$100.

Hard to say, depends on what you're mostly doing, if this is for gaming (which I am assuming) then go for the more powerful GPU IMO, but you can get a slight mix by going with a nice i3 or cheaper i5 and getting a 480

The improvements from generation to generation is mainly on motherboards these days, mostly because Intel hasn't been pushed recently, so you can look at the features and see if it's worth it

i need only the ram, hhd, cpu, gpu, mobo . and after i will buy the cheapest ones i found that are still good i will have around 450$ for the cpu and gpu but because prices are higher where i live then i can either afford: i3 6100 & rx 470/80 or i5 6400 & gtx 1060
