Hey guys and girls. Buying parts for my first i7/GTX 1070 build next week. A look off what I'm thinking so far.

Basically building so i can play WarHammer TW. Some Image rendering. I'm not sure if the PSU is compatible, in regards to enough volts/amps/watts. Will the single rail PSU be ok? Is it a single rail PSU?

Still deciding about the MOBO, I don't think it supports the 3200(hrz or speed) could just drop down to the 2133 or 2400 listed. I think the Tuf will hold up well supporting my CPU cooler, pevent GPU sag and the extra usb 3.0's would come in handy for VR gaming down the road.

Other choices in MOBO's are between Asus Z170a and MSI gaming M5.

Or would i be better off getting a GTX 1080, by down grading CPU and MOBO?
