Critique Build for Brother!

My brother has just about enough saved up to build his own PC and I've been scouting out components for him. He'll be using it for light workstation purposes (daily Youtube uploads and playing around in CAD) and some moderate gaming (think Dying Light). This will be his first PC but he wants something with some upgrade room as the system will probably last him through college.

He'll be ordering parts in the next couple weekends. Any edits or good to go?

While looks are subjective, in terms of features I think the P400s is a better case for the price. You could save some by going with a slightly cheaper PSU but overall the build is good.

Looks great. As for the case, I'd go with one of these

Enthoo P400/P400S
Enthoo Pro M
Enthoo Pro
Define S
Define R5
Corsair 400C
NZXT S340
