I would save some money and ditch the thermal paste and probably the cooler aswell. The stock cooler that comes with the 6500 will do fine

980ti is last gen, you can go for a 1070 which will perform better.

Not so sure about the power supply, haven't ever seen it before so I'd recommend looking through some reviews

Razer s340 is pricey, but I guess you're going for Razer stuff with your peripherals too.

Motherboard is a micro-atx one, I'd recommend going for an ATX motherboard to make sure you are taking advantage of the space in a mid tower.

The G2 series is one of the most reliable power supplies in the market (At this price range)

The AOC monitor is one I've personally used, no problems at all.
60Hz, 1080p, 1ms response time, 23.6 inches.
Annoyingly long name though :P
