I'm trying to keep this under $850, after all rebates.

There is a flagged compatibility warning:

Unable to verify the Rosewill SRM-01 MicroATX Mini Tower Case and the Cooler Master Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler are compatible.

The boxed version of the i5-6500 comes with the intel stock cooler. It will keep your CPU within the temperature range of "not-destroying" it. So you don't need an aftermarket-cooler, in this build it is only nice-to-have.
