This is a 1080p $1000 (USD) Full Setup Build, I am wishing to play Black Ops III, Record CS:GO, and Stream, all at Decent settings (Such as streaming at 480p to 720p, and play Black Ops III at High settings). This is my build, I want at least an RX 480, For if you guys like wanna give me another list as a suggestion, and at least a i5-6500.

I really want a GTX 1060, so I cant get a 144hz Monitor

Why not? 480 is about the same performance as a 1060, but will beat it in DX12 titles. The 480 also takes advantage of Freesync on the monitor. Both a 480 and 1060 are more than capable of pushing 144 FPS in CS:GO.

I could get a RX 480 with 8 GB of VRAM and get a 144Hz for $150.
