You don't need all those fans. I would just get two 2.5 SSDs..

I would get the 6500 which is a better choice and you can drop the H7. If you want an aftermarket cooler the cryorig M9i which you can get for 20 bucks would be more than fine.

I would get 2133 ram as anything higher will be downclocked.

The CXM550 is a very good option going for 40 bucks with a 20 mail in rebate. If not the CXm450 for 45 bucks.

Took Most of your suggestions and Greatly appreciate your input..

Keeping the Fans just because I like the Looks and Hopefully the 200 up front will generate some major air flow..

Also sticking with the more expensive PSU for now.. But did go with the Cheaper Memory and the Better i5 Chip and swapped in One of those MX300 drives for mass storage but kept the M.2 for the OS install..
