Workstation / video editing cpu help

So I'm looking at putting together a new pc for video editing, cinema 4d projects and other bits.

Looking at either a 5820k or dual Xeon e5-2670 as prices are relatively similar.

I may also do a bit of gaming on the side and wanted opinions on which way to go ?

Thanks

This stuff is way above my pay grade, though since no one else has replied yet, I'll throw my 2 pence in anyway.

Gaming will like the 5820k better, but the Xeon route is probably the way to go for the rest of it.

If nothing else, maybe this will bump your post and someone who knows what they're talking about can contribute.
