Planning to use it for gaming and editing. At the moment I don't know what monitor to buy and I'm trying to think if I should get a cheaper GTX 1070 to save some money?

I think you should drop the AiO liquid cooler and get a good air one... Also I would buy a ssd, it will make a noticeable difference. Regarding the 1070 , you should change it. Not because it is too expensive , but because the non-founders will give you much better thermals at a lower noise (thus better performance).

Get a decent air cooler over an expensive water cooler.

And will you be overclocking?
