I'd recommend this. (i know you said that you have a few parts. but if its not too hard id swap them out).

Saves $300. Cheaper mobo. No reason to pay for the expensive one besides looks. Faster ram for less. Faster SSD. Case is subjective so i left that. EVGA g2 psu is cheaper and just as high quality. Cheaper wifi card that will give you amazing speeds still.

Now its about the gpu. I recommend the 1060 6gb. In fact you really have the money to get even faster components if you save the $300 cad like i recommended. But back to the numbers. The 1060 6gb is slightly faster than the rx 480 8gb. Even in a few "DX12" games (and a couple the 480 wins, but there are only like 7 games atm that support dx12 and one of them is dota freaking 2). Vulkan/DX12 are going to take a long time to implement correctly into games. Sure you can have a game that just slaps in on as a feature. But to get the real performance you need engines and games that were made using dx12 from the ground up. I think this will take probably around 1-2 years (1 for rushed games 2 for decent games maybe. just speculation). So by the time dx12 really makes a huge difference, you will be better off buying a new gpu anyway. So I would not let dx12 change your on gpu. We dont even know what games are going to support dx12 in the future. and basically every game currently does not use dx12. So if you play on only buying games that use dx12 sure maybe look at the rx 480. But if you want to play current games then get the 1060.
