That covers all the basis and more. You could run a country off that thing. Changes:

If you're going for a 4K monitor, you need to be able to see the thing, 42", much more like it.

That motherboard has an M.2 slot, might as well use it.

You'll need more than two drives. A 2TB SSD is more than adequate to hold the in-progress files, and you can raid the 2TB (you could go bigger if you wanted) WD blacks together to make a nice mass storage array.

This Silverstone case comes with a freaking HEPA filter. IP43 rated PC case, madness. Also comes with two 180mm fans.

That motherboard has space for some beastly air coolers, so why not.

Anyway. There you go. If you absolutely must build a PC that can run a planet, that's not a bad way to go about it. :)

Why use duel titans when you could get a cheaper alternative with GTX 1080s? Furthermore, the monitor itself is half the price. You could buy a 60'' Curved TV for that price
